Combining the efforts of Duffy’s Equipment Services, Express Commercial Services and Appliance Installation and Service, Duffy’s AIS formed in 2018. Separately, each company has been in business for more than 50 years, providing service for over 10,000 customers in central New York just within the last five years.

Our seven branches throughout New York State, including Albany, Utica, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Watertown, offer service to all surrounding areas and frequently cross state lines into Pennsylvania, Vermont and Massachusetts.

With 50 technicians in the field, give or take, we have the ability to provide factory-authorized service for all major manufacturers within a 40,000 square mile radius, completing approximately 1,800 service calls per month!

Duffy’s AIS was one of the first in the world to achieve the status of CFESA Company Certification. All of our technicians are CFESA certified.
